Megan has been a trailblazer in healthcare for over a decade, starting her illustrious career in Biological medicine then professional sports as a nurse for the Arizona Cardinals and the Phoenix Coyotes. Drawing from this extensive experience with elite athletes, she ventured into her own successful healthcare business in 2021, focusing on cutting-edge solutions for performance enhancement and recovery.


Balancing her professional pursuits with her role as a devoted mother of four, Megan epitomizes dedication and exceptional time management. Her expertise in performance optimization spans IV therapy, oxidative recovery methods, and innovative biohacking techniques, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of healthcare advancements.


What distinguishes Megan is not only her expertise but also her genuine compassion. Her clients appreciate not just her knowledge but also her approachable nature and willingness to go the extra mile for their well-being.


With over 13 years specializing in IV therapy as a Registered Nurse, Megan is driven by a passion to support individuals, in achieving peak health and performance. Her expertise covers sports medicine, chronic disease management, and a range of advanced wellness strategies, empowering individuals on their health journeys with precision and confidence. DR KELLY WINNETT

MEDICAL DIRECTOR & CONSULTING PHYSICIAN 


Dr. Kelly Winnett oversees all medical procedures at IV Wellness AZ and works directly with clients to design personalized supplementation and health optimization strategies. A  physician for nearly a decade, she trained under Dr. Shoemaker (currently completing her Preferred Provider designation certification) and is a Mold-Literate Physician certified through Dr. Jill Crista's program. Her IV therapy approach draws on Dr. Paul Anderson's alternative protocols, giving clients access to advanced, evidence-informed IV and alternative healing options beyond the conventional standard.


Dr. Kelly's focus is the whole person. She has extensive hands-on experience guiding patients through chronic conditions and long-term wellness optimization, with particular depth in hormone balance, immune function, nervous system health, and the impact of environmental toxins like mold and mycotoxins on the body. She's also a certified Somatic Release Breathwork Practitioner adding tools that support healing on every level of physical, chemical, and emotional wellbeing.


It's this combination of clinical rigor and root-cause thinking that makes her the trusted guide behind every protocol at IV Wellness AZ.
